The Big Workshop is a single storey cottage with level access throughout. It has a large open planned living area, complete with comfortable seating and a TV/DVD player. It has beautiful views across the fields to Bircham Windmill.

The kitchen/dining area has low level units and a fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. It also has a dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 king size.

The twin rooms share ensuite access to a large roll in shower room, complete with toilet and wash basin. There is also a 2nd roll in shower room with toilet and wash basin.

It is fully centrally heated and has its own enclosed garden and patio area.
