The Little Workshop is a single storey building with level access and a large open planned living space with beautiful views across the fields towards Bircham Windmill. There is a TV/DVD player.

The kitchen area has low level units and a microwave and fridge freezer.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 very large twin and a double with shared ensuite access to the large roll in shower room, complete with bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a seperate toilet and wash basin.

The cottage is fully centrally heated and has its own enclosed rose and herb garden
