Welcome to our NEW website

We are a family run business providing 8 self catering cottages designed to accomodate the disabled and their family and friends to ensure a holiday for all. We would like to stress that the cottages will suit everybody, disabled and able bodied alike. They are situated within the large and colourful grounds of a working farm in the quiet village of Bircham. We are situated about five miles from the Royal Estate at Sandringham and seven miles from the North Norfolk Coast. It is in an area of natural beauty but it is essential that you have a car.

The properties are all renovated farm buildings which no longer meet with EU regulations. They have been converted to a high standard and have between 2 and 5 bedrooms.

We pride ourself on the personal touch we provide, Emma has Parkinson's Disease herself and during her time as a Trustee of the Parkinson's Disease Society she learnt, first hand, the very special needs of those in a wheelchair along with the needs of their families and carers. All of our cottages have level access and an open plan room layout including, en-suite 'roll-in' wet rooms and purpose built low-level kitchens, especially designed for wheelchair users, their families and carers. Each has its own personal garden.

We welcome all members of the family, including dogs! Smokers are also welcome. There is even stabling available if you wanted to bring your horse or pony. We provide wireless access to the internet and have a selection of equipment such as hoists, wheelchairs etc. available to hire.
